Account and Data Deletion

- Sign in to Athlor.
- Open Settings → Account.
- Select Delete Account and confirm.
Request Deletion on the Website
Sign in below with the account you want to delete. The request is tied to your authenticated Firebase account, so no Firebase UID or manually entered email is needed.
Your account is verified through Firebase Authentication. The deletion request is tied to the signed-in account; no UID is needed.
After confirmation, your account and personal data remain available for 30 days. Contact support during this period if you want to cancel.

What Happens
After you confirm, the request remains pending for 30 days. You can contact support during this period to cancel it. At the end of the grace period, deletion removes your authentication account, profile and subcollections, stored user files, subscription and retention-state records, and the direct identity link from contribution records. Shared factual catalog contributions may remain in anonymized form.
Hashed trial device and normalized trial email records can remain for up to one year. Rewarded AI transactions can remain for 90 days and store webhook events for 30 days. Records required for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, billing, disputes, or moderation integrity are retained only for the necessary period.
